This 6-week microcredential supports professionals at all levels with strategies to build self-awareness, manage emotions under pressure, demonstrate empathy, and lead with clarity and trust. Through reflection, applied practice, and guided, hands-on tools — including journaling, scenario-based exercises, and AI coaching — learners gain practical skills they can apply immediately to strengthen both individual impact and team performance.

Successful learners will be issued a certification and badge from SNHU Professional Skills. This badge can be proudly displayed on social media and shared with employers.
